Creative, challenging, and epic.
Le Grand Ballet Series is a new workshop series that features the grand roles and epic solos of classical Ballets through the ages. From the fiery Black Swan solo to the haunting role of Giselle, each month will feature a new and different classical solo from our favourite Ballets. Every class will start with a full Ballet barre for warm up moving on to choreography inspired by the classical repertoire. Dancers enrolling in this class must have a solid background in Ballet, Jazz or Contemporary. This class is not for beginners.
Must have solid knowledge in Ballet, Jazz or Contemporary.
This month's workshop will feature excerpts from the ballet, Swan Lake, with particular attention to the seductive and fiery solo of the Black Swan. Tutus and soft shoes are welcomed. Taught by Angel Wong.
