Exotic Classes in Toronto

In this performance-based class, we will focus sexy choreography- just like in the music videos.

As the next level up from a traditional Strip to Fit class, you get the opportunity to train like a professional dancer.

In this 10-week session, we will spend about some time on traditional dance conditioning and core-training (taken from mainstream Jazz and Ballet techniques). For the remaining of the class, we learn sexy, exciting choreography (in which you can have input!) that will creatively evolve- both freestyle and choreographed.

By the end of the session, you will have trained and mastered one or two smokin’ dance routines, on a group level which we will perform with costumes, on film for your personal keeping.

This class is geared for women who are interested in building choreography and learning various performance techniques.
