Watch Ballroom Dancer get "Made" on MTV's website
Toronto Dance instructor Valentin Mirosh trained Oakville teenager Joana Cardoso at Viva Dance for the MTV reality series "Made", a show about making dreams come true. In just four weeks Joana Cardoso was "Made" into a ballroom dancer. You can watch the entire episode on MTV's website here!
During past seasons, each episode of MADE followed one willing candidate as they embarked on a mission to transform their life. Whether it was becoming a varsity football player, the homecoming queen or a cheerleader, each teenager dreamed of breaking out of their shell and finding out what they were really made of and what they could achieve when given the tools and training. Read an aticle about the show here.
Dancing, Starring YOU!
Now you can be a dance star without taking a single class! The latest project of JibJab.com called 'Starring You', enables you to upload your photos and put yourself and your friends into hysterically funny dance videos ranging from disco dancing to the Charleston. The videos are created in three easy steps: 1) upload and preview photos, 2) cast your dancers, and 3) then publish. You can publish to popular websites such as Blogger or Facebook, embed the videos into web pages, or send links to the videos via email.
