Forget about Exercise, get Exorcised!
It has long been known that dance provides more than mere exercise. Not only does dance eliminate stress, provide much-needed social connection, derail young people from destructive outlets, reduce the risks and severity of dementia in the elderly, and aid in Parkinson’s disease rehabilitation, but now this 21 year old dancer from Texas claims he can take his spectators’ negative emotions and purge them.
